擺動式液壓缸
擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液(ye)壓缸是輸(shu)出扭矩(ju)并實現往復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行(xing)元件,有單葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子(zi)塊固定(ding)在(zai)缸體(ti)上,而葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)和轉子(zi)連接在(zai)一起。根據(ju)進(jin)油方向,葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉子(zi)作(zuo)往復(fu)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又(you)分單螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)兩種,現在(zai)雙螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)比較常用(yong),靠兩個螺(luo)(luo)旋(xuan)(xuan)副降液(ye)壓缸內活塞的(de)直線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉變(bian)為直線運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自(zi)轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實現擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(3)液壓(ya)系(xi)統控制壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)太低(di)。控制管路中節流阻(zu)力(li)(li)(li)可能(neng)過(guo)大,流量(liang)閥調節不(bu)當(dang),控制壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)不(bu)合(he)適(shi),壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)源(yuan)受(shou)到干擾。此時應檢查控制壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)源(yuan),保(bao)證壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)調節到系(xi)統的規定值。
(4)液壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)進入空氣。主要是(shi)因為系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)有泄(xie)漏發生(sheng)。此時(shi)應檢(jian)查(cha)液壓(ya)(ya)油(you)箱的(de)液位,液壓(ya)(ya)泵吸(xi)油(you)側(ce)的(de)密封(feng)(feng)件和管接頭,吸(xi)油(you)粗濾器是(shi)否(fou)太臟。若(ruo)如此,應補充液壓(ya)(ya)油(you),處理密封(feng)(feng)及管接頭,清洗或更(geng)換粗濾芯。
現象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力迅速(su)上升(sheng)或者缸壁膨(peng)脹,油液進入間(jian)隙,壓力形成(cheng)對密(mi)封(feng)的下行作用,串漏(lou)形成(cheng)
2.密(mi)封環未設計泄(xie)壓槽
防止措施:
1.密(mi)封環(huan)設(she)計留有泄壓槽(cao)(cao),油液通過(guo)泄壓槽(cao)(cao),填充溝槽(cao)(cao)從而壓縮O形圈,產(chan)生密(mi)封
原因:
1.運動速度太(tai)快
2.有(you)偏心運動
3.滑動面粗糙度不均(jun)勻
4.安裝時扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形(xing)密封(feng)
2.消(xiao)除偏心(xin)運動(dong)
3.修改滑動面粗(cu)糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝槽設計不合理(li)導致壓縮率太大(da)(da):沒(mei)有考慮到材(cai)料由(you)于熱量及(ji)化學(xue)介質引起的變形,或由(you)于壓力過大(da)(da)引起
防止措施:
1.溝槽(cao)的(de)設計應(ying)考慮到材料由于溫度及化學介質(zhi)引起的(de)變形
